Seit November 2020: Das Lichtkunst-Projekt „Please have a seat“ (P.H.A.S.) von Bernd Spiecker verwandelt das Naherholungsgebiet Lago Laprello in eine emotionale Lichtwelt. Gemeinsam mit der Stadt Heinsberg und lokalen Unternehmen sind 16 Lichtbänke dauerhaft rund um den See platziert. In den Abendstunden erleuchten die Objekte den Rundweg mit weichen, ruhigen Farben und laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Inmitten in der Natur entsteht so ein neuer, strahlender Anlaufpunkt für Besucher, Anwohner und alle Kunstinteressierten.
Mit der neuen Lichtkunst-Installation am Lago Laprello wird die Stadt Heinsberg zu einem Ort an dem sie das zeigt was sie ist: eine strahlende und attraktive Stadt mit hohem Lebenswert.

Since November 2020: The light art project “Please have a seat” (P.H.A.S.) by Bernd Spiecker is transforming the Lago Laprello recreational area into an emotional world of light. Together with the city of Heinsberg and local companies, 16 lightbenches are placed permanently around the lake. In the evening hours, the objects illuminate the circular path with soft, calm colors and invite you to linger and relax. In the midst of nature, a new, radiant contact point for visitors, residents and all those interested in art is created.
With the new light art installation on Lake Laprello, the city of Heinsberg becomes a place where it shows what it is: a radiant and attractive city with a high quality of life.
